Do I need to pay when I visit your office? No. With our electronic refund products we can have a cashier’s check for you in our office, or we can directly deposit your refund (minus tax preparation and bank related fees) directly into your bank account, just as soon as the IRS releases your refund. Usually within two weeks.
Can I have my refund directly deposited into my bank account? Yes. There is no additional fee for direct deposit. In fact we strongly encourage it as fast, secure and safe!
I don’t want to pay the bank related fees, what are my options? If you pay your tax preparation fee when we prepare your return, we can directly deposit your refund into your bank account, or we can set it up so that you receive a check in the mail. We strongly recommend direct deposit into your bank account.
Do you guarantee your tax service? We guarantee 100% accuracy with every return that we prepare. If we make an error on your return we pay any interest and fees that the IRS may impose*. *In the rare event that you receive a notice from any taxing agency you must contact us within fourteen days of receipt of the notice, to allow us to assist you in your response to them. Frequently with our assistance we are able to make the issue go away when we respond to tax agency inquiries.
Do you charge an additional fee to e-file my return? NO – we offer FREE E-File with paid preparation.
